Important Information

It’s important to bear the following in mind when you want to make a deposit:

  1. Alpari International does not accept third party payments.
  2. As part of the deposit process, we will need a colour copy of both sides of your Mastercard. We recommend covering all but the last four digits of the credit card number on the front. Also, we recommend that you also cover the CVV code – the last three digits on the back – for security purposes. Everything else must be clearly visible, and the back must be signed.
  3. Alpari International accepts deposits in USD, EUR, and GBP only. If you are paying in a different currency, our system will automatically convert it to USD, EUR or GBP, and you may be charged a conversion fee.
  4. Our card process will charge the receiver a fee for each transaction, which is incurred by Alpari International clients (you can view the conversion rates table here). The net amount will be posted to your trading account, and funded through the card processor.
  5. Your trading account should be credited with your deposit quickly. However, you may experience delays if Alpari International or the card processor cannot verify your information.
  6. The same card that made the deposit must be used if you wish to withdraw the funds back.
  7. We may require an authorisation code for your card deposit. We may also, on some occasions, require a screenshot of your card statement or online bank statement for your card deposit.
  8. If we require anything relating to your card details, it will be sent using an official Alpari International email address. We will never ask you for private information such as your card’s CVV or 3D secure code. If you do receive any suspicious-looking emails, please report them as quickly as possible to [email protected].
  9. Alpari International does not store client card data. Any and all card data is collected and securely kept within the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) Level 1-licensed Payment Services Provider.
  10. As recommended by the PCI Security Standards Council, customer card details are protected using a Transport Layer encryption — TLS 1.2 – as well as an application layer with algorithm AES and 256-bit key length.
